Simply call 24 to 48-hours before your regularly scheduled cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time.  There WILL be either a $30.00 rescheduling fee or a minimum fee of 50% of cleaning price for No shows and lock outs.  We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs so please do not hesitate to ask us in a timely manner.

We do not offer refunds on services that have been provided.  We WILL however return and re-clean any discrepancies that have been reported within 24 hours of cleaning.

We accept cash, PayPal, and check, however, if checks bounce There WILL be a $40 check bounce fee!

The cleaning crew will immediately notify the client and our office of any accidental damages that may occur during any job.
Products Used
We provide all equipment and supplies, but will use specialty products at the client’s discretion (supplied by the client).
Any Holiday cleaning will ONLY be by appointments. With a possible 25% additional charge.
While cleaning your property we do not sign for packages unless otherwise instructed by client.
